GeM+ SYNTAX PARAMETERS
GeMPlus [InputFile] [/h]
If this parameter is given and no other then the Manager is opened showing the metadata of the layer associated with the selected file.
If this parameter is not given then a file browser dialogue box is opened.
/h: the exports are carried
out following the indications of the metadata (in which it is
possible to define the output file, the template to use and whether
empty fields should be shown). IMPORTANT NOTE: If there is an output
file defined in the metadata but this was not previously updated
then the file will not be generated. (See general explanation in
export).
If the metadata indicate no information in this respect then there
are three modes of operating:
Additional parameters:/pl=TemplateHTMLfile: This is a file in HTML format that indicates which of the metadata entries should be included in the OutputHTMLfile. For more information on templates consult the section on template generation and export. If no name is given after the equal sign then by default the whole metadata template distributed with the program will be used.
/b: If this parameter is set then all the metadata fields will be shown, even if they are empty. This means that the template commands SiNoBuida and FiSiNoBuida are not used. By default, if this parameter is not set it is considered that the empty metadata entries should not be displayed and therefore the template commands SiNoBuida and FiSiNoBuida are not used.
Examples:
1. If you want to generate the HTML files indicated in the metadata, if these do not indicate anything, and a box appears for defining exports, enter:
C:\MiraMon\GeMPlus C:\Mapes\CatIEFC.pnt /h
2. If you want to generate the HTML files indicated in the metadata, if these do not indicate anything, and no file is generated, enter:
C:\MiraMon\GeMPlus C:\Mapes\CatIEFC.pnt /h /MUT
3. If you want to generate the HTML files indicated in the metadata, if these do not indicate anything, to generate the default HTML metadata files (HTML filename equal to that of the REL file, complete metadata template and without showing empty fields) then enter:
C:\MiraMon\GeMPlus C:\Mapes\CatIEFC.pnt /h /SAC
4. If you want to perform a specific export you may enter the different parameters to use:
C:\MiraMon\GeMPlus C:\Mapes\CatIEFC.pnt /h=C:\Mapes\CatIEFC.htm /pl=c:\MiraMon\Plantill\PlantillaResum.htm /b
